Cathelijne Habets is secretary to the Board of the Faculty of Humanities, head of the administrative and policy support team (BBO) and member of the faculty management team.

Together with her team, she is responsible for the preparation and implementation of policy, administrative support and compliance with laws and regulations. As secretary to the Board, she is also responsible for the realisation of administrative decisions. Her tasks include coordinating the meeting agendas of the Faculty Board and the Faculty Council, and preparing them in consultation with support staff and departmental administrators. Cathelijne supports and advises the Board on various issues and is responsible for, among others, the Faculty Regulations, the Terms of Reference and the appointment of administrators within the faculty. On behalf of the Faculty Board, she is the contact person for various partners within and outside the faculty.

As head of the BBO team, Cathelijne directs the Education, Internationalisation and Research policy advisors.
