Single-day masterclass, aimed at employees from all conceivable organizations (university bachelor's degree level or equivalent experience). Participants will get a taste from a wide range of relevant topics in the field of psychology, derived from scientific evidence: how do people make decisions, how are skills and knowledge acquired, and how is this influenced by attention and (social) pressure? (Program is in Dutch only.)

Predicting other people's behavior is not always straightforward. What psychological, biological, and social processes determine seomeone's behavior? And how do these processes infleunce emotions and performance? Psychology comes into play almost everywhere: in conversations at the supermarket, at home, and at work. Successfully completing this seven-day master-level module (as part of a larger curriculum) results in an NVAO-accredited Master of Arts degree. (Program is in Dutch only.)

  • Masters module "The brain in the organization" (teacher, course development)

Our brains can process a tremendous amount of information simultaneously, but ultimately, we can only perform one action at a time. How do we ensure that our actions are as efficient as possible? And how can we learn more effectively, be less easily distracted, and gain more control over the way we make decisions? In this module, students learn about the workings of the brain and how this knowledge can be utilized to optimize performance in a professional context. Successfully completing this seven-day master-level module (as part of a larger curriculum) results in an NVAO-accredited Master of Arts degree. (Program is in Dutch only.)

Students of the Master Human Development program want to learn how to scientifically substantiate their decisions so they can practice their profession more effectively. In this Master's program, they develop a broad perspective on Human Development. After completing 6 modules, in which they acquire theoretical knowledge and reflect upon their own behavior and learning trajectory, the theory is put into practice in an applied research project and a thesis. Successfully completing this Master's program and the associated thesis results in obtaining an NVAO-accredited Master of Arts degree. (Program is in Dutch only.)
