Stephanie Hodgson is a Phd Candidate in the Innovation Studies group at the Copernicus Institute of Sustainable Development, Utrecht University. Prior to this, she obtained a first class Master's Degree from King's College London with a thesis involving experimental research in Beijing testing the applicability of Western-derived linguistic pedagogy in a Chinese educational context. Stephanie's current research area is the circular economy, in particular, applying circular economy strategies to service sector industry waste challenges. Her PhD is in collaboration with the University of Southampton where she developed her research proposal.
