I am part of the Finance & Control division of the faculty of Geosciences.

I am the project controller for projects affiliated with the department of Earth Sciences and Physical Geography.

As project controller, I support scientific project leads with externally financed projects, where I play an important part in the financial management and accountability of scientific projects. This involves advising and supporting scientific project leads in financially managing these projects within the framework set by the external project financiers. 

I am further involved in the development and quality assurance of management information, process improvements in the area of project financing, risk management, and administrative organisation, and I advise department management in matters of planning & control.

I work closely with the scientific project leads, fellow project controllers, colleagues from administrative support, Accounting Services, the Research Support office, the department manager and their superior, the department controller.
