I work as a PhD student at the intersection between the AI Technology for Life group and the Plant-Microbe Interactions group. My main interest is developing robust and explainable methods specific for microbiome research. I use these methods to help advance the understanding of plant microbiome assembly, its role for plant health, as well as for plant microbiome engineering efforts within the sphere of sustainable agriculture.
