Wittenberg LLM. Mgr. MSc is PhD candidate and member of the Utrecht University Centre for Public Procurement (UUCePP). Wittenberg is developing a legal screeningsystem that public contracting authorities can use to ensure potential tenderers do not pose a threat to national security. The research is commissioned by a consortium composed of the Dutch National Police, the Dutch National Coordinator for Counterterrorism and Security and the Dutch Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations, of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy and of Justice and Security.
