I am a labour law scholar working at the intersection of labour law, technology, social rights, and inequality. My work focuses on wages, collective labour rights, algorithmic management, and the impact of AI and digitalisation on work and workers’ rights.

I particularly enjoy developing interdisciplinary and socio-legal perspectives that connect legal doctrine with broader questions of justice, democracy, and institutional design. Much of my research explores how labour law can respond to structural inequalities in contemporary labour markets, including through wage-setting mechanisms, collective bargaining, and regulation of automated decision-making.

What I value most in my work is the opportunity to combine critical academic research with questions that have real societal relevance, and to contribute to debates on fairness, dignity, and the future of work.
