In addition to her work as a PhD Candidate, Mirte conducts workshop at various public sector organizations on scaling innovations. During these workshops, she helps public sector employees think out a strategic route to scale up their innovations. The workshops are based on the scaling tool she developed during her research at the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management in 2021-2022.
