Laura van Os studied Interdisciplinairy Social Sciences (2014-2017) and graduated cum laude from the master's Strategic Human Resource Management (2018-2019), both at Utrecht University. From 2019, she is a PhD candidate at the Utrecht School of Gorvernance (USG). In her PhD research, she focusses on the role of employers in creating sustainable workplaces for people with disabilities.
