Kaja Warnke is a PhD candidate at the Department of Interdisciplinary Social Sciences at Utrecht University (Migration research group, ERCOMER) and at the Interuniversity Center for Social Science Theory and Methodology (ICS). She obtained her Bachelor's in Liberal Arts and Sciences (Major: Social Psychology) at the University College Groningen (RUG) and completed the Research master's in Migration, Ethnic Relations and Multiculturalism at Utrecht University.

Kaja is part of the TARGETs research team (ERC Starting Grant, PI: Valentina Di Stasio) which investigates labour market discrimination. In her PhD project, she focuses on discrimination attributions from different actors (targets, bystanders, observers)using factorial survey experiments in four European countries. 

Next to her research, Kaja is teaching in the Bachelor Interdisciplinary Social Sciences the course "Migrants and Integration".
