Kai Liu graduated from the Chinese University of Mining and Technology. He has been working in the Utrecht University since April, 2014. Kai obtained his LL.B in 2009, and LL.M in economic law in 2011. Before he came to the Netherlands, he worked for a while as a bank clerk in his hometown Xuzhou City. Now Kai is working in the Department International and European Law, and is jointly supervised by Prof. Frans Pennings and Prof. Teun Jaspers.
