I enjoy working with students very much and it gives me a lot of satisfaction to teach them academic skills and biological knowledge. I try to get the best out of students by creating a good atmosphere during my lessons in which students are feeling save and therefore will learn more efficiently.

My personal interest in the field of biology is animal behaviour. My general interest goes out to social group dynamics and social interactions of primates in captivity. But also animal welfare and animal conservation are very important to me.
