From September 2025 on, Julia will be the co-coordinator of the master’s program in Strategic Human Resource Management. Julia is also the coordinator and lecturer for the bachelor’s courses ‘Organizations in Transitions’ and ‘Leadership in the Political and Public Domain.’ Additionally, she is involved as a lecturer in the master’s course ‘SHRM and Employees’ and supervises thesis research in the master’s program in SHRM.

In 2021, Julia obtained her University Teaching Qualification (BKO). In 2023, she was voted Teacher of the Year for the Public Administration and Organizational Science program, a prize awarded by the student association Perikles.
