I am a cellular immunologist by training, with a profound interest in neurobiology, virology and in vitro/animal-free technology (3Rs or new-approach methodologies). During my career I have obtained broad research experience in different (inter)national environments.

I am a communicative and extravert person, but very serious when it concerns content. I am flexible and pragmatic, and passionate about getting things done. The transition movement towards animal-free research is the kind of complex challenge that I'd like to devote my time and energy to!
