Dr. Mr. F.W. Lantink is a assistant-professor at the section Political History of the Department History and Art History. Dissertation with a study of Oswald Spengler at the intersection of literature, politics and history. He was involved in an international study of elites between 1750-1850 in Mainz, Germany. His fields are  modern German and Italian history, historiography and historical theory, theory and history of political ideologies, the history of elites, the history of the papacy, the history of monarchy.
