Dr Anke Huss is an associate professor in environmental epidemiology with a special focus on environmental exposures that display spatial distribution. She is involved in advanced methods of exposure assessment including modelling of diverse exposures (electromagnetic fields, pesticides, perceived exposures, noise and others) and has evaluated effects of these exposures regarding a wide range of health outcomes including sleep quality, neurodegenerative and neurodevelopmental effects from these exposures using different study designs such as case-control and cohort studies. She is co-PI of the Dutch LIFEWORK cohort and serves as a member of ICNIRP and SSM and was previously member of the Dutch Health Council.
