  • Provided online webinar training to faculty on culturally sensitive teaching practices.
  • Developed learning pathways. Participating in curriculum innovation and retention improvement projects.
  • Improved academic and business processes for the online international programmes of the University of Liverpool and the University of Roehampton with the result of achieving internationally recognized accreditations.
