Mr. Thijs Kelder LLM

Thijs Kelder obtained his LLM in Law & Technology cum laude from Utrecht University before starting his Ph.D. His current research addresses the legal frameworks governing commercial and political advertising by social media influencers, while also mapping the regulatory approaches that exist at the Member State and European level in this realm. Thijs is currently working on his first article, dissecting the legal tensions that arise when the regulatory frameworks governing commercial and political advertising by influencers converge.
