Paula Hoffmann is a PhD candidate at the Department of Sociology, the SCOOP Project, and the Interuniversity Center for Social Science Theory and Methodology (ICS). She received her bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Heidelberg and completed the double master’s degree in Sociology at the University of Bamberg and Tilburg University.

Her PhD project started in september 2021 and focuses on informal and formal networks in diverse organizations and the role of self-organized groups of minority employees.
