Jasper Griffioen is supervisor of bachelor and MSc students who write their thesis. The related topics refer to environmental management of soil and water, the water-energy nexus or environmental geochemical characterisation.
He co-teaches the bachelor course Integrated Water and Soil Management since 2015-2016. He also co-taught the MSc course Research Design in 2017-2019 and the bachelor course Environmental Chemistry & Health in 2019-2021. He coordinates and co-teaches the MSc course Water Quality Management since 2019-2020.
Earlier, he tought courses on hydrogeology, groundwater geochemistry, groundwater transport processes and hydrogeochemical modelling at Utrecht University and UNESCO-IHE. He is also frequently involved in national or international training courses on similar topics.
