Annabelle Christiaens works as a PhD student on understanding individual differences in the development of identity in late adolescents. Her research is part of the INTRANSITION project, which focusses on the experiences of adolescents during school transitions.

Before her PhD, she started out as a (social) psychology student at Tilburg University. She continued her education in Tilburg by attending the Research Master Individual Differences and Assessment from which she graduated Cum Laude in July 2019.
