All-round event organizer.

I support the organization of (international) conferences for various departments of the Faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences, from the start-up phase up to and including the completion. Some examples of conferences I have supported are Auto-UI 2019 (250 participants), Multilevel Conference (70 participants), Sunbelt Conference 2018 (900 participants), S4 Conference 2018 (120 participants). I take care of organisational tasks as much as possible: from contracting the venue and the catering, taking care of the website, keeping in contact with vendors and stakeholders, setting up the venue, making a meeting script to recruiting and co-ordinating the volunteers. I am the point of contact and the trouble shooter before, during and after the conference. I will open the doors in the morning and turn off the lights at the end of the day. In short, I’ll take care of all your worries. The organization of your event is in good hands with me.
