Julian Boer is a PhD Candidate at the Utrecht Centre for Water, Oceans and Sustainability Law (UCWOSL). His research is focused on the protection of future generations in Dutch public law. The PhD research is supervised by prof. Ch.W. Backes and prof. E.H.P. Brans.
