My international working experience exists from experience gained by collaborations in EU framework programmes and projects (see below) and others. Current collaboration encompass the Universities of Edinburgh (UoE), University of Southern California (USC), King’s College London, University of Birmingham, University of Utrrecht, VU University Amsterdam, Folkehelsa, University of Umea, University of Dusseldorf, University of Thessaloniki, Aarhus University and others. I am an scientific advisor for US EPA, Health Effects Institute (USA) and WHO Europe. I am the Editor-in-Chief of Particle and Fibre Toxicology, Associate Editor of Nanotoxicology, board member of Inhalation Toxicology and Air Quality, Atmospheres and Health and regularly invited to review manuscript for amongst others Environmental Health Perspectives, Environmental Science and Technology, Environmental Research, Science of the Total Environment, Journal of Toxicology and Environmental Health, American Journal of Respiratiry and Critical Care Medicine, Journal of Aerosol Science, Toxicology Letters.
