Daan van Maurik studied Cultural Anthropology and Developmental Sociology (2016) and Law (2018) at Utrecht University. In 2021 he obtained his master's degree in legal research (cum laude) at Utrecht University. He also studied political science for a semester at the University of Strasbourg (2016). During his law studies, Daan was an editor at Ars Aequi.
