Media productions

We often receive more requests than we can accommodate. We consider factors such as alignment with the Strategic Plan, the extent to which it aligns with our expertise, whether the time investment and impact are balanced, and the distribution among various faculties and organizational units. Additionally, we only engage in end-to-end productions to ensure all aspects align effectively. Therefore, providing only editing services, for instance, is not feasible. However, we are always willing to offer guidance and ideas on how to approach and utilize the project, even if we don't directly execute it.

Our primary focus is on video, but if you have an idea for photography, a podcast, VR or any other type of production, we are open to discussing it and exploring what we can do. You can also use the request form for this purpose.

You can independently use the DIY studios and reserve them with a Solis ID. For Studio 041 and the TLL studio, you can fill out our request form; this allows us to assess what is suitable for your needs. Due to the complexity of their setup, they are not suitable for self-service use and cannot be directly reserved. You can view an overview of the different studios.

No charges will be incurred for our own hours, our own equipment, and our own studios. Other expenses, such as external specialists or any additional equipment rentals, will be invoiced separately. These costs will be communicated in advance and are always tailored to the specific project.

Team Media Productions does not have any equipment available for rent. Various AV resources can be reserved via TopDesk (under 'AV support', login required).
