Incluusion offers refugee students the chance to further develop themselves by attending bachelor courses at Utrecht University for free. In addition, status holders gain work experience in the Netherlands and improve their Dutch through the Incluusion Traineeships. Incluusion was founded in 2016 and welcomed more than 1,000 asylum seekers and status holders from over 40 countries since that time.

      From September, the Taalmuseum’s exhibition ‘Een schip vol woorden’ (‘A Ship Full of Words’) will be on display at the Utrecht University Library. This travelling exhibition chronicles history through the lens of Sranantongo, Suriname’s most commonly spoken language.
