Orientation Programme
Utrecht University offers an extensive orientation programme to help you get off to a great start of your exchange. It is also the easiest way to meet your fellow exchange students, and to learn all the ins and outs about studying an living in Utrecht. At the start of each semester, we offer a Faculty Orientation programme, as well as a Universitywide programme. That way, you will find your way around in no time!
Exchange Orientation
Join our Orientation exclusively for exchange students! Meet your fellow exchange students and get important information to make the most out of your stay in Utrecht.

- 13:30 - 13:45 Walk-in / Welcome
- 13:45 - 14:00 Kick-off
- 14:00 - 15:00 Introduction presentations
- 15:00 - 16:30 Drinks & Refreshments and/or Library tour
Please note that this meeting is mandatory for all Faculty of Humanities exchange students.
