UPORT team
The Utrecht Platform for Organoid Technology (UPORT) consists of a team of study coordinators who organise the logistics of acquiring human and animal tissues for research. This involves obtaining informed consent from patients, and arranging all the logistics needed for efficient and rapid processing of patient-derived tissue. This allows researchers to perform their research with tissues that have been acquired in an optimised and standardised fashion and adhering to all relevant regulations.
