The Department of Social, Health & Organisational Psychology teaches and conducts research in the fields of work, organisational and social and health psychology. This concerns the issues of how people influence each other's behaviour, directly and indirectly, consciously and unconsciously, in a wide variety of contexts. Work and organisational psychology focuses specifically on individual behaviour in employment situations, within teams or whole organisations. Socio-psychological theorizing is frequently applied.
