On 29 and 30 September the sixth edition of the DRONGO language festival will take place in Jaarbeurs Utrecht. Many scholars from Utrecht University will offer workshops and live science labs. The Faculty of Humanities is founding partner of the festival.

Numerous scholars from Utrecht University will provide workshops and live science labs during the festival. Learn everything you've always wanted to know about the Dutch word 'er', receptive multilingualism, Senegalese drum language or the languages of Tolkien. Test how good your ear for English is and learn to sing like they did in the Middle Ages. In addition, this year, Utrecht University organises student activities in collaboration with other universities. Language students are given the opportunity to present their own research to a wide audience in this session.
