Dutch Heart Foundation grant for Ivonne Sluijs

On January 13th 2016 Ivonne Sluijs of the UMC Utrecht received a grant of the Dutch Heart Foundation for her research on intake of dairy products, dairy derived saturated fatty acids and risk of cardiovascular disease. Read more (in Dutch)

This research is part of the Future Food Utrecht programme, an interdisciplinary research focus from Utrecht University that aims to find new solutions for a sustainable and healthy food supply acceptable and accessible for the world population. We focus on finding solutions that arise from understanding the fundamental mechanisms, and integrate knowledge and ideas from the full range of food-related disciplines.
