Launch of the Special Interest Group NLP@UU

to

We would like to invite you to the launch of the SIG NLP@UU, which builds on the existing SIG Text Mining, and embraces many more colleagues in NLP working across the UU campuses. Researchers from different domains and groups will share with you how they develop and apply Natural Language Processing (NLP) in their research. We will explore how novel applications of quantitative text analysis can be used in scholarly research and discuss how the SIG NLP@UU can promote interdisciplinarity and collaborations in research and teaching.

The meeting will include lunch offered by the focus area Applied Data Science and the Center for Digital Humanities, where you will have the possibility to get to know your colleagues.

The agenda will be posted near the date of the event.
