Dr. Floor Kroese

Floor Kroese received her PhD in 2012 (dissertation: Tricky Treats: How and when temptations boost self-control, supervisor: prof. dr. Denise de Ridder). Next to her work on (food) temptations, she has investigated self-management behavior in diabetes patients and procrastination - particularly bedtime procrastination.


Currently she works as an assistant professor at the department of Social, Health and Organizational Psychology and as a behavioral scientist at the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment.


Research interests include behavior change, (food) temptations, goals, self-regulation, self-control, procrastination, health behavior, nudging.
