Profile

As part of the EvoEvo project, Bram van Dijk is a PhD candidate at the Theoretical Biology group. With a vast interest in the universal hallmarks of evolution, our research focuses on how evolution itself, evolves. With multi-level models of evolution as a tool, we aim to understand how evolution shapes mutation-rates, which mutations happen, and the impact of mutations.

After all, if natural selection results in survival of the best adapted, second-order selection can result in survival of the best adapter.
