I am a PhD student in the Ecology and Biodiversity Group at Utrecht University. My research focuses on understanding how changes in plant diversity influence the functioning and stability of grassland ecosystems. By integrating plant functional traits, I aim to disentangle the mechanisms linking biodiversity to ecosystem functional stability under global environmental change. Ultimately, my work seeks to inform evidence-based policies and management strategies to help safeguard biodiversity in a rapidly changing world.
