I am management assistant to the head of the Department of Mathematics, also head of the Mathematical Institute, Prof. dr. ir. C.W. (Kees) Oosterlee, and head of the Freudenthal Institute, prof.dr. A.H.L.M. (Toine) Pieters. I workly closely with board secretary Ghislaine Rietveld. 

I work closely with other support services, especially the secretariat offices of the Mathematical Institute and the Freudenthal Institute.

Among others my tasks are:

• first point of contact for matters relating the board
• organising board meetings, several board and work related processes and meetings
• implementing regulations and procedures
• generating management information
