I am management assistant to the head of the Department of Mathematics, also head of the Mathematical Institute, prof. dr. ir. Kees Oosterlee, and head of the Freudenthal Institute, dr. ir. Ralph Meulenbroeks. I workly closely with board secretary Ghislaine Rietveld and coordinator of operations Marije van Eck. 

I work closely with other support services, especially the secretariat offices of the Mathematical Institute and the Freudenthal Institute.

Among others my tasks are:

• first point of contact for matters relating the board
• organising board meetings, several board and work related processes and meetings
• implementing regulations and procedures
• generating management information
