Tjits van Lent is a postdoctoral researcher in social psychology at the Self-Regulation Lab. Her current research focuses on interventions that promote collaboration, particularly in the context of the energy transition. She completed her PhD in experimental social psychology on learning mechanisms in prejudice. Broadly, her work seeks to understand fundamental learning principles underlying behavior change, such as instrumental and experiential learning, which she examines in two domains: discrimination and ecological sustainability.
