Tjits van Lent is a postdoctoral researcher in the Self-Regulation Lab. Her current research focuses on boosting collaboration, particularly within the context of the energy transition. Previously, she did her PhD on learning mechanisms in prejudice. Broadly, her work aims to understand behavior change processes, with a focus on topics such as discrimination and ecological sustainability.
