Profile

As a mathematical modeller in ecology and epidemiology, I have experience in static, dynamic, network modelling and the analysis of big data sets. I worked towards better understanding of ways in which different types of infectious agents influence functioning and stability of ecosystems.

My PhD project was part of NWO Complexity network of Netherlands. Enriching my experience, I learned to understand different systems (economical, trafic, climatological, social...) and to use my knowledge from ecology and epidemiology in modelling different systems.

During my master's studies and one year of PhD at Belgrade University, I gained experience in collecting ecological data at field and in the lab. I understand the importance of good experiment design, challenges of results/final data and the energy needed to conduct a good experimental and field research.
