Sarwesh Ishwardat is a PhD candidate at the Department of Social, Health and Organisational Psychology. As a part of the research group Organisational behaviour, his research focuses on stimulating ethical and compliance behavior in the financial sector. This is being investigated in collaboration with The Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM). Sarwesh also works at the AFM for two days a week as a supervisory officer.
Through his work, Sarwesh would like to contribute to strengthening the connection between science and practice. In his research he will therefore address issues that provide added value to both regulators and the Psychology of Supervision.
