Project manager for Pathways to Sustainability and coordinator of the Transdisciplinary Field Guide 

Since 2025, I am part of the Pathways to Sustainability core team. As main contact person for the projects, I guide and support the teams in their process of collaboration for innovative transdisciplinary initiatives. Furthermore, I am responsible for the implementation of the Pathways funding instruments, including Seed funding and the Incubator and Signature Project Grants. 

As coordinator of the Transdisciplinary Field Guide, I work on the further development and accessibility of this online knowledge hub on inter- and transdisciplinary research practices, knowledge and tools. The guide is intended for academics, students and professionals committed to research that is socially relevant and engages societal actors, both within and outside of Utrecht University.

Before joining Utrecht University, I worked at TNO, Knowledge for Climate, NWO and the Dutch Research Agenda (NWA), where I built expertise in the field of inter- and transdisciplinary collaborations and research (funding) to tackle complex societal challenges in various areas.
