In addition to her PhD research, Stephanie works as a research project consultant for Green Salon Collective, exploring circular solutions for some of the hair and beauty industry’s unique waste streams. She also regularly gives workshops and hosts stakeholder events with professionals, businesses, product companies, and trade associations to educate the industry on implementing circular and sustainable practices.
