Field of work: Biosecurity, with emphasis on zoonoses in wild fauna and safe production of foods of animal origin 'from farm to fork'.

 

Research
- wildlife as a reservoir and vector for zoonoses.
- hygiene knowledge and human behaviour in relation to risk of zoonotic transmission.

Teaching activities: 
- hygiene, food safety, cleaning & disinfection, pest management.

Societal functions:
- Member of the committee of experts of the pest controllers diploma EVM/RPMV since 2018.
