Since April 2022, Roos Klomberg has worked at Utrecht University, and since September 2023 she is a PhD-lecturer at the Willem Pompe Institute and RENFORCE. Her doctoral research concerns the protection of fundamental rights in collaboration in criminal matters within the European Union, focusing on the European Arrest Warrant. Alongside her doctoral research, she teaches courses in Dutch and European criminal law, and coordinates the second year course ‘Strafprocesrecht’ (Criminal Procedural Law). As a member of the board of the GIS (Gezelschap voor International Strafrecht, the Dutch section of the AIDP) and the board of YOUNGIS (the Dutch young section of the GIS and AIDP) she organises activities for young scholars.
