Dr. Rose Camille Vincent

Rose Camille Vincent is an Assistant Professor at Utrecht School of Economics. Her research interests lie at the cross-section of Public Economics and Development Economics, with a focus on tax institutions, taxation, (local) public finance, and service delivery in low- and middle-income countries. She is a Research Associate of the Institute of Fiscal Studies (TaxDev/IFS, UK), a Research Affiliate of the United Nations University (MERIT), a Contributor to the World Observatory on Subnational Finance and Investment (SNG-WOFI), and a Board Member of the Local Public Sector Alliance (LPSA). She obtained a dual PhD in Economics from Maastricht University and Université Clermont-Auvergne (CERDI-CNRS). 

Dr Vincent also has several years of experience at the intersection of practice and research, supporting projects related to Public Finance and Development headed or financed by policy institutions, such as IMF, the OECD, the World Bank Group, the GIZ, the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB), United Nations Institutions (WHO, UNU-WIDER, UNU-MERIT), the International Centre for Tax and Development (ICTD-IDS, UK), German Institute for Economic Research (DIW-Berlin), among others.
