Paul de Vries is an endowed professor in Corporate Law at Utrecht University. Paul teaches and focuses his research on the topic 'Corporate Cooperation and Corporate Transactions'. Specifically, this will concentrate on (i) the design of the cooperation within limited liability companies and termination of this cooperation, and in addition, (ii) M&A transactions and (cross-border) restructuring of limited liability companies.

The endowed chair is funded by Houthoff. Activities in the academic fields of research and education are performed independently from Houthoff.
