Nikos is a PhD candidate working on the topic of gig economy and its effect on labor market regulation in Europe and the US. His research aims to identify how new forms of employment through platforms fit within existing regulatory frameworks, and in what extent they disrupt traditional industrial relations.

Prior to that, Nikos studied Political Science and European Governance in Greece, Germany and the Netherlands, and worked in Brussels in the field of EU regional policy.
