Mojtaba Zaresefat

Ranked six among participants in the nationwide entrance exam, Mojtaba Zaresefat has studied Hydrogeology at Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz (MSc: 2009-2012) and Ferdowsi University of Mashhad (BSc: 2005-2009).
Mojtaba has done several types of research in various fields of water resources and remote sensing technology and GIS sciences, etc. The results of which have been published in 15 international/national well-known journals and conference proceedings.
He has about six years experiences in consulting engineering companies in Iran, working on several projects such as water quality modelling, hydraulic modelling and management of a water and wastewater distribution network in several cities such as Mashhad, Khoramabad, Birjand, Azadshar, etc.
Furthermore, Mojtaba has awarded a scholarship from the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology (MSRT) of the Islamic Republic of Iran to continue his education in abroad since 2017, and has been as licensed justice ministry professional in water engineering since 2016.
Currently, he is a PhD student at Utrecht University, and he is working on Origin of and controls on naturally high nutrient concentrations in the coastal lowlands of the Netherlands that is funded by TNO (English: Netherlands Organisation for Applied Scientific Research).
