Malgorzata Kozak, Ph.D., works as Assistant Professor in European Union law and competition law at Utrecht University's School of Law. Her expertise encompasses both private and public enforcement, compliance systems, and vertical restraints in these fields.
Gosia's academic journey began with a law degree from the University of Gdansk, Poland, and further EU law studies in Toulouse, France, where she earned a Maîtrise in European and International Law and a DESS Juriste International. She pursued postgraduate studies in European competition law at King’s College, London. Her Ph.D. from Toulouse delved into the role of commercial agency agreements in EU competition law.
With over eight years of advocacy as a 'radca prawny' registered with the Regional Bar in Gdansk, and extensive experience in competition law advisory in Warsaw, Gosia brings a wealth of practical insight to her academic role.
She is also the author or co-author of several publications on antitrust regulations.
